      Pros

      The benefits are amazing! Impressed that nothing came out of my paycheck for medical and the amount of time off is pretty generous compared to most other places. People are really friendly.

      Cons

      Constant re-orging. Most of upper management are LTAs (Long Term Assignments) and after one person's 3 years are up, another one rolls on in. While I enjoyed the information share these expats offered, it'd be nice to see one of our local people get promoted from within. It can be a downer on morale. Also, let's you realize that you can only excel up to a certain point.

      limited clients in local office in terms of projects. limited career advancement opportunities.

      Very easy-going and laid back. Very nice people. Very culturally diverse.

      Cons

      Management is a bit too laid back, meaning driven individuals may feel held back. Not really a software company, so they're more focused on telecom rather than software design.
