Pure telecom environment No politics, transparancy,Opportuinity to learn many technologies in CSI-ADM Easy to approach Senior management if any issues Many onsites, Customer has very much positive in quality of the Ericsson products put us in safe side

Cons

Salary review and hikes should comply with industry standards Slow decision making in developing new products Aggressiveness in marketing the products.

Great opportunities to development in different technological areas. A great culture of team work and very good camaraderie, very acceptable cafeteria, in house gym.

Cons

Not a great place to grow to higher managerial positions. Work life balance is similar to other companies in technology, a lot of the activities are executed at night.
