      Ericsson is the world's largest telecom services provider and the strength in telecom services has a strong correlation with the company's technology leadership, R&D achievements and long tradition of innovation.

      Cons

      Like most of the telecommunications industry, Ericsson suffered heavy losses after the telecommunications crash in the early 2000s.

      Good balance between work and private life. Average to good training possibilities. Good working conditions (locations, desk, IT) and average to good benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of politics involved if aiming to a senior/management position. Spending a period in Sweden is almost a must to move forward in the organisation.
