      Easy 9 to 5 job Team work good opportunities for project management roles

      Cons

      No challenging work - just the same old monotonous work. Very few opportunities to rise in management Only lateral moves are consider "opportunities" No pay raises as Ericsson takes on low value contracts in the USA

      Pros

      I believe a prospective candidate should consider: 1.) Large company perks in the compensation package, 2.) Establishing a presence in Silicon Valley as of 2009. 3.) Many talented people working there presently by acquisition.

      Cons

      I believe a prospective candidate should evaluated for themselves these impressions: 1.) Preference in hiring candidates with immigration issues H2 and Green card (indentured servants) 2,) Swedish surnames and backgrounds appear to really crowds management ranks more than competitors 3,) Functional stratification between these general groups, including locked doors.

      Leader in its field. Complex and international it gives many opportunities for professional growth. Good opportunities if you have the drive and the stamina not to get bogged down in internal politics

      Challenged by new competition from China Culture changing for the worse, with less respect for employees
