The company gives good opportunities to in a variety of fields. There is scope for growth working in Ericsson. The learning curve is good and provides you opportunities to work in various phases as well as various technologies.

Cons

The upper level management does inform the employees of the current situation and the policies decided by the company. The work load leaves very little time for personal work.

They offer a very competitive salary as well as great benefits.

Cons

They only provide a limited amount of overtime pay, but the work is still expected to be done on time. Their response is to be happy you have a job.
