      Provides you an oppurtunity to assist in delivering Managed services to some of the world's leading telecom companes like Bharti Airtel, Sprint etc

      Cons

      Managgement does not help in progression of career of an individual. One has to really work his / her butt off just to please the management.

      Pros

      Benefits, paid time to volunteer, medical, dental, vision, but those are getting worse each year, giving employees a little less and a higher co-pays in exchange for no premiums.

      Cons

      Lots of organization structure changes! Trying to make things more efficient when in turn changing a group's dynamic or job function without consulting or thinking of the damages of that group.
