      Pros

      Company Reputation and culture is one of the main pro. Diversity, Professionalism, Exceed expectations are truly recognized values both for employees and managers. Worldwide leader in Telecom Network Services. Great place for junior and experienced where to grow.

      Cons

      Despite the great available potential (including human capital index), and the good achievement of the last years, this company struggles to establish itself as a real system integrator. Probably this is caused by the predominant "Network Oriented" culture of this company.

      Pros

      Continuously evolving company with solid and great values. People here are very friendly and it's not hard to find very skilled mentors.

      Cons

      Not a great place if you are looking for career opportunities. They privilege internal training instead certified one from technology/solution vendors. The IT department is new and it needs to be improved with a different business/management model respect the model used in the network department.
