      Good pay, good benefits, no rush or crunch

      Cons

      Lack of common sense, like documenting how the code works or creating a good onboarding material or creating a usable test environment or not to push failing tests onto master. For the past months we made countless assumptions on how other microservices work, because there were no documentation, knowledge only travels by word of mouth. And we have to work from the office 3 days/week.

      Interview experience was enjoyable - but see 'Cons'.

      Reached the very last stage of a senior position with Ericsson to be rejected by email - no phone call, no personal feedback - indeed I had to chase the TA recruiter for an answer 4 days after the date at which I was told the hiring decision would be made. Really poor experience.

      Flexible Work Arrangement. Allows Hybrid. High salary especially expats.

      Cons

      Management especially in cloud and core is slowly being encroached by Indian nationals and locals are being sidelined and eventually retrenched.
