Cons

Very very slow, braindead, a 9 to 5 job to grab pay. Management and tech lead mentality is old, and do not accept new ideas to modernize tech stacks. Not much room to grow. People here have been working here for 20 years and have no idea what is out there, stuck in the 80s.
