Pros
There is no need for experience to be successful at ERAC, just a college degree. Benefits improve the longer you work there. If you can learn on your feet and speak up for yourself, you can get the support you need to become successful.
Cons
The hours... lots of hours... You will miss your family and your friends. Even though there is discussion of flex-time, its not for real. If you want to work decent hours, you will feel like you are letting your team down if you leave. Also, the training received is basic. If you try to get any other job besides sales after you leave, you will be under qualified.
