Pros
It's a solid and well-established firm and is present is a great variety of different markets (financial, public administration, utilities, telco, media, etc.). The workplace environment is not very formal and work with colleagues is pleasant.
Cons
It lacks a vision and has not a coherent strategy in pursuing activities. There is poor attention on long term objectives, rather it is strongly focused on short term achievements. i.e. on project margin. For this reason, there is also little attention on employees (in terms of competence growth, salary, benefit and career).
