      There isn't any carrer path and all is up to you and your relationship with management.

      Pros

      No salary results increase and no carrer definition. Lack of motivation of management and consequently of project staff. Lack of team work environment where management decides and people work without knowing scopes and goals of the projects they work with. If like woking in a post office this is the right place, just do what they ask, shut up and go home in time.

      Cons

      the challange is to survive to this boring environment.

      There are many interesting project in corporation with large companies and government. Training courses available for all employees. Good company benefits include health insurance.

      Slow career path and poor working environment due to the cost reduction and hierarchy structure.
