      Education, but only for employees whose business unit approve the courses Top-level projects, but only in few business units Work-Life balance, no punching Health fund

      Cons

      Ridiculously low salary, about 30% less than competitors No personal growth, you can wait 5-10 years to get a promotion or even a salary increase Bonus, if you're lucky you'll get 500€ gross

      Avantages No pros, I’ve been working in Belgium for them for a long time and I can promise there are no pros at all. Inconvénients

      Cons

      For the Belgian subsidiary is managed by inadequate and lazy people, the salaries are low and there is no balance between private and professional life. As a freelance I've been payed in late every month, this is not serious, that's why I left the company. As far as I know, they had a lot of trials with old employees as they think their paradigm is the Italian market and they have no clue about the Belgian markets and regulations. I sincerely discourage anybody, freelances or employees to work with this company.
