Pros
It was a good company with industry leading benefits including remote options.
Cons
The bureaucracy of a large multinational corporation based out of Rome, Italy thwarted their ability to effectively expand in the North America market. Lots of inefficiencies especially with their 2019 acquisition of Tradewinds Energy which I wouldn't consider successful. Bureaucracy & Peter's Principle largely to blame.
