Some technologies within the green power sector just don’t have the support or attention they need, from time to time it feels like there’s no bigger picture, the more you know and do the less you know about what your job expectations actually are. Theres a severe shortage of people who know what needs to happen within certain sectors. There’s no clear qualification standard on how to advance or what you can advance to.
