      Huge company in which you can lear a lot but very bad HR support

      The company gives you opportunities to travel and learn from different professionals and fields in which you are not related with. There´s people with a lot of experience in many different fields.

      Cons

      HR department is very bad. There´s lack of support from their part and their voice is not taken seriously from the upper management.

      Mid-management is willing to give credits when the task are handled in a professional way. They encourage the promotions for employees development.

      Cons

      HR Department don't consider employees complaints and the salaries are not aligned to other competitors. The management is still guided by old employees.
