      Pros

      Enel X Australia has an excellent, friendly culture. Working conditions are reasonably relaxed (not expected to work too much overtime) Full of professionals passionate to make environmental change through Demand Response. Management works on the basis of trust and autonomy. Really healthy in this respect.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy of being part of a large multinational company - reporting to Rome. Stronger emphasis on profitability over money-for-service.
