Pros

EGP is a big company with a huge potential. Part of Enel Group, EGP is a young company with a solid financial situation and a "visionary" strategy. Innovation and sustainability are very well weighted in the business.

Cons

EGP functions according to the group rules, where politics is more important than professionalism and short-term solutions more important than long term ones. People management is done under internal and old criteria ignoring the market conditions and favoriting a "palace friendly behaviour" to a market competitive one. High appetite to risky markets and known technology and business models.
