      Pros

      The company has no pros that are relevant, at least that I can remember. The benefits are in accord to the market rules.

      Cons

      The company has no regards to the employees future and career, at least in Brazil they constantly looked for ways to undermine the more senior staff.

      Pros

      Stability and good working timetable. Predictable and not highly stressful. The company is becoming international, but mobility is very difficult.

      Cons

      Poor working environment with difficulties to fully develop your professional career outside the business. Very specialised knowledge that does not give opportunities in many other companies, even if they are related to the business.
