Pros
Broad exposure, good training opportunities, large organization, lots of work across different areas, opportunities for international work/experiences
Cons
Extremely bureaucratic, slow moving, matrix organization (so no one can make a decision by themselves), all decision-making is done out of Rome, promotions never happen and it is difficult to advance to anything above 2-3 steps from the bottom of the ladder unless you're Italian or on an expat assignment.
