Pros
Pay, benefits and PTO. 401k ok @ 3;6%. Vested after first year or so, not the best not the worst.
Cons
Extreme pressure from Rome on all elements of company. Frequent policy & procedural changes to “maximize” efficiency…aka pointless additional steps being driven from Rome who refuse to acknowledge key differences in business in Europe vs US, resulting in constant friction between Rome and local management. Advancement opportunities are okay at like levels, upper management positions seem to be constantly shifting every 3-4 years with those with roots to the boot, perhaps I’m biased a bit
