Pros
At the time a leave, it had a great technological environment. There are a lot of teams and each of them have their own style. But generally speaking people used to be kind and opened to help (at least among the engineers, leaders and first level coordinators). Lots of opportunities to put in practice new ideas and very interesting projects to work on.
Cons
It's a high pressure environment. For some teams, when in events, it's necessary to work a lot of hours beyond the usual. As a big company, some processes are so much rigid and sometimes get in the way when we are trying to solve real problems.
