Pros
- Good growth opportunities, particularly for people starting out their career in tech - Really great social environment - Work with lots of globally recognised brands, solid portfolio of clients - Diverse and exciting projects - Talented team who are willing to help each other - Commission if you're able to sell
Cons
- Resources/peoples time can be poorly managed, feels like they lack a true resource manager or process. Sometimes one half of the business is overworked, whereas the other half are struggling to get work - Salary is below the industry average - Not much learning opportunity, it's advertised as you can, but realistically you aren't given the time to do so - Poor benefits, particularly the holiday allowance (lowest I've ever experienced in any role)
