Pros
Nice looking office. Drinks, snacks and they love company outings. "Fun and banter" culture in the office. Young/youngish company so you can see quite a few young people in senior positions which is inspiring. Adoption Change Management is probably the strongest arm of the company. They are quite good at welcoming diversity.
Cons
Although the above is considerable, the salary is so poor, it does not even reflect the industry average, you'd think if they can take people to Amsterdam/ Prague, they can pay people more. You can validate my claim by trying to negotiate a salary of the industry average/ what you think you are worth. Have to find your own work to stay billable as they don't have a resource manager to do this, and you must find your own work to keep your calendar full. I was a graduate and sometimes you're lucky and can be easily placed on a project, other times PMs don't want to risk a junior using up time learning something new. Serious repercussions for not staying billable (could lead to termination). Undersold projects mean you work evenings to make up for work that still needs to be done - they'll undercut a project to be sold for 12 days only for it to actually take 20 days. You can validate my claim by asking how they have a competitive edge in the market - it won't be their unique technical solutions... Lack of mentorship for graduates/juniors - find your own way, learn on your own time, and remember self-learning does keep you billable, and being non-billable is a no-no. Being social outside of working hours feels like a requirement, very cliquey, they'll start to resent you for not going for drinks (this actually came up in my appraisal no word of a lie).
