How is this a company? - Consultant WM Reply Employee Review

This place is a mess. A good chunk of the issues are with the support (or rather lack thereof) from Reply. There are no standards, what systems do exist incentivize cuthroat or shady practices. No communication, no support, and the decision-making is so backwards it hurts. Leadership seems to think that if they just aggressively slap bandaids on issues and try to micromanage more they will get better results, but the problems are baked into the business itself. It doesn't matter how hard people work (and they work very very hard) if their efforts don't lead to actual business.
