Pros
- They really promote having fun - The management team really care about you and their clients - Interesting work and big client names for a small agency - The team (particularly mine) are all good people - Seems to be growing a healthy amount
Cons
- Client demands can be exhausting - The work there requires your full head and heart - Too much responsibility early on
