The senior/regional support team operate with a blame culture, leaving staff fearful for their jobs. 121’s simply focus on what you’re not doing and no recognition for any performance. Virgin active used to be a brilliant place to work, but a recent change in senior leadership team has led to a negative culture change which is full of fear, blame, high pressure and zero recognition for the staff. The values that Virgin Active have are not at all adhered to and the senior leadership simply do not display these values.
