Pros
Great staff incl club management and front facing.
Cons
Since the company sold to a SA company the focus seems to be financially focused and staff come last. Branson ethos has always to put staff first and customers will come and in turn shareholders will be if it. But lately it's been the opposite. I have been lucky to work for Virgin active for 6 years but I am now questioning staying any longer as too many changes. As a manager I can no longer authorise holidays and instead have to be sent to the regional Manager. All in all the company is heading in a direction that doesn't secure or retain the people.
