Horrible, cliquey people, Managers who don’t know how to manage. Expected to do tasks outside of job description, such as cleaning tables in the restaurant and working in the crèche. Laughable, mean salary. The company likes to employ 18 year olds, who can be moulded to believe that the privilege of working for VA, far outweighs the pittance they pay.
