Pros
I work with very caring people who always ask how I'm doing and I view them as friends. Also lots of opportunities to transfer to different UK branches.
Cons
I looked at opportunities ton transfer abroad but didn't receive the amount of help I would have quite liked. I also looked at career development to learn new skills but was told no for the time being, and no encouragement was pursued which was slightly demotivating.
