Pros

I was working in Moorgate Club which is one of the biggest in busiest ones. I did not know that while applying so I was very lucky. Its three Membership Consultants plus Sales Manager in the office. Again, was very lucky with my team. December is very quiet month , we did not reach the target. January is very busy and its when you are making money. You are not allowed to take Annual Leave in January and September as its too busy.

Cons

I dont think I am learning a lot. There is no courses, the only thing is 4 days training in Head Office but its definitely not enough. I cannot see my future and clear way of progression even though they are telling you there is one.
