It has it's good points and bad points - Service Manager Virgin Active Employee Review

Hi there, Thanks for the review, really glad you take advantage of the great benefits and have taken the development opportunities and support we offer. We'd never expect our employees to work outside of their contracted hours, however due to the nature of our business, sometimes we may ask staff for additional flexibility with their hours. This would never be a requirement, always a request and the employee would be paid for any hours they had worked. Thanks again, Jessica
