What a Joke- Chiswick Riverside - Club Lounge Assistant Virgin Active Employee Review

No training Poor pay Managers have no clue (not part of the good team as mentioned above) Cleanliness of the environment - mice a regular issue I had to take ten days sick leave due to flu, my manager didn't believe me and was ready to sack me upon my return. Extremly bitter when I handed in my GP note. No career path, and even if you got promoted you wouldn't get the right training to really succeed anywhere else Impossible to get an interview for a different department. Not just in this club, but any other Virgin Active. It's like they don't want their own employees to go anywhere.
