Not the best place to work - Sales Consultant Verisure Employee Review

Management is terrible and acts in a supercilious manner. When your new and you don’t perform how they expect you to when closing sales, they become very horrible and rude with no regard for personal respect or emotions. Absolutely not what I expected when I joined the company. Only received 2 individual shirts when starting, bare in mind this is a full time role and working on some weekends aswell. And when I requested more uniform I was told to get more sales in first. I was advised to resign, they asked for my uniform back. Quite strange to me when it has been worn and covered in my sweat. No regard for health and safety protocols, I wonder if I was given used uniform packaged as new. To be very frank, if I knew I would’ve been treated with little to no respect in my first month this would be the last place I would work for.
