      Some of the colleagues are quite nice

      Cons

      The management (especially in retentions) encourage lieing to customers and cover up dodgey contracts misold. Even if customers ask for facts, lieing to them to protect the brand is the fixation of the Spanish led management.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
