      Decent security system and work with some good people

      Cons

      Pay is always incorrect and then you have to fight for what you have earned. Always trying to claw money back from employees.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
