Very unorganised, no structure to breaks/lunches simply told on Teams to go for break/lunch “now” so constantly left wondering if your lunch is in an hour or if it’s in 5 minutes. HR/Payroll an absolute shambles - right to work checks drag on and on despite having lived in the UK all my life, receiving threatening emails from HR saying it’s a disciplinary offence not to provide the documents (despite having them all scanned in on the first day by HR however they messed it up). HMRC still have no idea I’ve ever worked here, incorrect information on payslips and P45, no support to get this rectified despite providing them all the correct information through the WorkDay system from the day I got access to it. Was unable to park on site for the first two months of employment due to the ridiculous way they manage parking permits. Call after call with no after call time to process notes, everything expected to be completed on the call regardless if the customer is happy (unlikely) or shouting at you (more likely). Go into admin to finish something or simply have a breather after being spoken to like dirt by customers to have the managers screaming “get out of admin” down the call floor at you.
