      Pros

      base of 1200 (there is no base + commission) if comms is 1500, you only get 1500 and not base. Which is good if you just want to make 1200.

      Cons

      Commissions is basically you earning your base. Management want sales so will tell your customer they can give discount but the discount comes off your commission. Dodgy sales practice. no work life balance

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
