You gotta install the alarms you sell! You’re basically an engineer with the burden of sales target! Commissions change several times per year! No support from management! No sales training! No training on actual security standards! No basic salary! Means if your commissions are higher than the basic salary itself, you’ll be paid the commissions only. The basic salary is never on top of your commissions!!! You’re entitled of the basic salary only if the sum of your commissions is lower than it. In addition to that, there’s often bonuses and commissions missing at the end of the month. So they don’t pay you what they owe you!
