      A company that’s in the scale up stage. In some ways still acts a bit disorganised as a start up would even thought it isn’t a startup anymore.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
