      Smart alarm system, exciting technology. Increase in sales.

      Cons

      Way of working. No proper designated roles. No proper onboarding for a new employee because no one has time for it. Most of them are working for individual goals, not as a team. Limited capacity and under staffed in almost all teams. Otherwise life is not easy here. Bad company policy.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
