Pros
- Excellent working and collaborative environment - Food grant for the days you work at the office - Regular team-building activities (around once each three months) - Working with competitive technologies (e.g. Python, AWS, ELK...) - Economic bonus based on performance - Really active HR team, always organizing competitions, relevant meetings with people within the company and other funny stuff - At least, they always listen to what you've got to say
Cons
- Their working on-site policy is quite restrictive, and it isn't going to change in the near future. In most cases, you have to live in the same province your working centre is - Although there's been some efforts to change things, there isn't reserved time in the week or month to learn something new and useful for the area you are working in - The salary reviews, at least in my area, aren't done yearly (you may have it each two-three months)
