Pros
Great earning potential at consultant level and it continues up until team leader. Past that it's all downhill. Company car, phone in some roles laptop. Great product that you can believe in. Trips overseas that are an absolute blast. Some colleagues become family.
Cons
Once you move up to branch manager your earning potential is so high! But you can't reach it. Your branch will have to be exceptional to do so. As a trainer there is no development. No career progression. No support. All it takes is change in the companies heads for the vision to change completely. I had 5+ commission changes as a trainer( yes trainers on commission shocking) which shows they don't know what they are doing. Management will push you out if anything happens to you injury wise. But they can be great at times. Honestly have moved to a different company and have already received more training in 4 weeks than 4yrs at verisure. Not only that clear progression. Once you get past team leader go elsewhere.
