great training and friendly mentor the sales team is extremely friendly and helpful giving tips on how to do better and achieve targets. The HR department is great always looking into making workers feel better. The commission is decent as long as you hit targets.
Cons
All the work you do is based on cold knocking, very rarely conduct cold calling and you're only given two warm leads maximum per month. This makes getting sales and hitting targets even harder. Be prepared to work long hours. Work-life balance doesn't exist here, your day is structured so that you conduct 3-4 hours of cold business knocking then you take a break. after your break you conduct 3-4 hours of residential knocking. your installations are scheduled at 6 pm after you finish your cold knocking. installations can take between 2-5 hours depending on what is requested so you could finish at 12 Am. Within your first week if you do not make a sale you will get fired.
