      Great communication from start to finish. Each and every staff member I spoke to during the process is enthusiastic, encouraging and you can tell they love their job.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
