Pros
One can make their own schedule that suits them. Payday day is weekly or daily. Averaging about $300 daily.
Cons
Uber doesn't have your back as a driver. One cannot please everybody. Unfortunately, there are people looking to complain about anything and everything. There were less than ten complaints and I was still terminated. That is not even stating that I had close to 3000 rides. Management, if that's what you want to call it because trying to get connected to upper management was impossible. You are supposed to be an Independent contractor and there is no respect for your 5-star(4.93) status. I was terminated without being able to defend myself. I was given 2 different stories about why I was fired. I'm done!
