9yThanks for the review and feedback! I've seen a lot of internal growth in my time here, with people moving from IC roles to Managers, or Ops Coordinators all the way into GMs for example. Since we're still relatively young the onus is on the employee to define their own growth rather than go through a standardized career path. As we grow and scale, we're building processes around these programs to make them easier to navigate for all employees.
