Managers have no clue Poor leadership , promotion is solely based on number of years Some have been there from out of college and never saw outside world at all making decisions. Pay is so out of place , where undergrade starting somewhere else gets more. No better than ETL, actually ETL will pay you better Over worked and no employee appreciation Get out while you can. All who left has grown to levels far beyond
