Pros

Direct team Direct manager Customers I work with

Cons

-Massive reduction in benefits and yet corporate somehow “spins it” to sound like a good move -I’ve been here over 10 years and I no longer recommend UL to my friends and family. -Exec team SOLELY cares about profits and delivering “shareholder value”. They talk about caring about employees and then turn right around and cut as many benefits as possible for employees. -Mark my words, a corporate response will be made to this comment gas lighting me, the employee, about how I am wrong and these are good changes. -oh and all of these cost saving measures are happening while we have yet another “record quarter” for profits. -Meanwhile no employees under director level received any stock options from the IPO. Even those of us who have been around for 10+ years and made this company what it is today.
