      Pros

      Hybrid after one year (still 4 days in the office... need more flexibility here especially for more senior FA's). High compensation for mostly younger employees

      Cons

      The negative of any wire house. Bureaucratic. Not the nicest people in management. Don't feel like there is people who want to help you get where you want to be
